[Resolved]  CD TECH / Corporate SMS — SErvices and system does not work efficiently

WE have some issues with the service of CD TECH sevices which are mentioned in the mail below


we have informed company but no response form them for 21 days

i am attaching a copy of mails sent to them for money back but no response from their side

We have taken sms service from u...............but services of this program are not coming out as useful as we were expecting.

we are facing many problems with this program as mentiones below:

1. Around 1000 contacts are in our list but only 772 people receive sms..

2. if i send msg today........people receive it 2mrw or sometimes day after tomorrow.............it deteriorates our purpose of message as people receive outdated info and then it creates a mess...

So i dont understand this reason for people not receving msgs from our TM account...

4. whenever i open TM account................its messsaging does'nt work most of the times........i contact priyanka back ...and she takes one or two days to chek with the account to make it active.............meanwhile i have to send my urgent messages manually...............

5. after sending messages ................there are many numbers ...which dont receive msges but still reports of receiving are shown.......so i m not able to make out who actually is receiving msgs and who is not...............it has become even more confusing and tedious ..................than sending messages manually thru a mobile phone...




Note:- priyanka has already suggested me to transfer my data to her as she wants to filter it ...............and wants to give SORTED data to me........................

but my seniors dint allow to give our data when i discussed with them .....


Finally .............we want our money back as we are not satisfied at all with these Services!!!
Pls let us know ...................how should we proceed to get our money back!!!!

they are database cheaters they will copy your data base of numbers and will sell in market

We DO NOT send SMS to DND numbers as it is against TRAI regulations.

WE DO NOT SELL ANY ONE'S PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY WITHOUT PERMISSION! Kindly view the "privacy policy" on our website...it's clearly mentioned.
Secondly, for your information, copying your numbers wont help...since there's no other information other than just numbers.
For a proper database, you need data categorized geographically and demographically to use for targeted marketing.
A generated list of random numbers of your contacts wont help us.

Marketing SMS — SMS from TM and other service provider

Dear Sir

Though i have registred in DND from last 1 year, I am yet receiving sms from lots of provider , I have made 3 complaint against TM provider with BPL
and yet there is no action , this bpl people says 1st time, they get warning, 2nd time they get charged, and 3rd time theri licence get cancelled , but yet there is no action
