CellOne — Online payment

I had made an online payment for my cellone bill on 8th sept 2009 at 10.51am.
Online payments are supposed to be faster and the amount is credited to the account immediately.
I called the customer care in the evening, they said Sir it will take 24 hrs to reflect in my account then the calls barred will be released.I called the customer care again at 11 am on 9th sept 2009 the executive took all the details of payment a/c no transaction id etc and said the complaint is registered it will take 24 to 48hrs to get the calls barred released.Now it is 1.47pm on 10th sept 2009 still the outgoing calls are barred.
My question is if online payments take so long to get credited in the IT city what is the plight of other cities?

CellOne — No Range on power cut

This is a very uncommon problem at my end. When there is a power cut at out location. Then the range of CellOne tends to be low and sometimes even there is no range.
This creates a lot of problem while power cut since we are unable to receive any call nither can call at that moment.

BSNL - CELLONE — INCOMING STOPPED

BSNL HAS STOPPED MY INCOMING CALLS FOR LAST 6 DAYS. I SPOKE WITH THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE 5 TIMES. EACH TIME I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL BE FIXED. STILL NO INCOMING CALLS. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

CellOne — NO SIGNAL INSIDE KK NAGAR, HOUSE -CH 600 078

Frequently the signals go out, I have in the past lodged similiar complaints to the Customer care [protected] and they have been rectified. Perhaps it has become routine that signals are not there. Must investigate the reason for such frequent black out of signals.

CellOne — malicious calls on my mobile

I am receiving threatening calls on my mobile [protected] from the following numbers:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. These calls are repeated daily at different times of the day and is disturbing my peace of mind. Kindly arrange to block calls to me from these numbers permanently. Please do not disclose my number to the subscribers of these numbers.

CellOne — cell one bills not received for dec09 till 06.02.09
