Hello,
The central railway Pay & Park, Thane west, contract has been given to M/s R. T. Corporation. Duration[protected] to[protected]. The chart of parking charges for two wheelers is hanged in parking area. But the actual charges taken are not according to the chart for duration of parking.
Even if you park the vehicle for less than 2 hours, they charge for 12 hours. When I asked about it, employees over there said, we are the sub contractor and we don't follow this chart. Even the monthly pass is not issued which is again mentioned in the chart.
When a proper contract is given and charges are fixed, then how can contractor do it this illegally...?
Can Anyone tell me, where should I register the complaint against it....?
