I am a credit card customer of CBOP and having this card with me for a year but never used it later once
and was expecting the bill but did not recive the bill . later one day after the due date called the coustomer care and checked the bill details and asked for bill copy and after confirming the amount dropped the cheque for the amount in a HDFC bank miracle card box which was cleared in my Ac 5 days later . Now they have sent a bill from ICICI credit card that there is a due of Rs 493/- in my credit card
which is cheating first not sending bill on time but paying myself with my effort on time and not reminding the coustomer also on time and later charging late fee

I’m holding the Citibank credit card past 3 Yrs, even I have maintaining a Saving bank account with Citibank, I made late payment they charged big amount, I have often updated with mine communication address when I changing the Job.. without any intimation now they directly send the advocate notice regarding pending payment with huge amount of interest, and they ordered this payment I should do within 10 days of the received this notice.

Please request you to guide me further what should I do..I’m expecting your valuable reply for further process..

i was holding cbop card for past 1 year ... after seeing their irregular service ... i have canceled that card ... its better not to have cbop card

Centurion Bank Credit Card — simply sending credit card statement

dear sir,
i got centurion bank credit card. as interest charges are heavy i discarded the above services. but i continued receiving the statement as due, though i havenot purchased any thing with credit card. i visited the centurion bank branch in mysore, but it is not there. i am confused.please stop sending the statement.i want to close the a/c with you.i am sure there is no due by me

Miracle Centurion credit card — retaining of credit card

While attempting a transaction at HSBC Vellayambalam Branch ATM, Trivandrum at 0807 hours on 10 February 2009, the Miracle Centurion Credit Card (ICICI Credit Cards) no.[protected] held by me was retained, without assigning any reason thereof.

I suggest that immediate necessary action may be taken to return the card at the earliest and the reason for retaining the card intimated to me. Further, I won’t be responsible for any transactions held on this card while not in my use.

Customerare,

I have not used the credit card even once till now, and i had asked for the cancellation long time back. still i am receiveing messages to my mobile for paying the bill. why should i pay it without using it and more over it was a free creadit card without any charges.

It was surprise to know that a huge come of Rs 13618.78 is due by me.
Some where in jan09 end, I had received a message that the card will be canceled wef 15th march09.
Now the SMS is surprising. When contacted by bank I denied the transaction.
It is purely cheating business by some miscreants hand in hand with Bank officials.

i am holding a credit card ([protected]) for which there my icici bank account is leened by amount of 15899.55 without any intimation from centurion bank or ICICI BANK. moreover non of the numbers of customer care mentioned on the card are working. This is to inform you that I have credited Rs:30, 000/- in to my sb account no is:[protected] on two weeks before. without my knowledge you have blocked this amount for leen on centurion bank credit card and they account number is [protected].for your kind reference this bank credit card already I made payments in 2 monthly installments in the month of last November & December 2008.after negosation with their centurion bank customer care executives i have paid Rs:7, 500 on November and 11, 500 on December and the total settlement I made was Rs:19, 000/-. In that credit card my total credit limit was Rs:15, 000/- only for that I made payment RS:19, 000/- and I have closed the account also. Unfortunately last week you have blocked Rs:30, 000/- on lean on this centurion card account. alreay I have given complaint through over phone to your customer care executives they said that this amount will be credited in to my account within 48 Hrs. from the last Saturday onwards I am complaining to your customer care executives but so far I didn’t receive any amount in to my account. kindly credit this amount what you have blocked as soon as possible .this amount I have kept for my surgery. please do the needful.please avoid this type of cheap policies in your bank

I am having a Credit Card of Centurion Bank of Punjab Miracle card. I have a out standing of 80000/-. I have being paying my minimum amount due every month. Now when i told the bank that i want to close this account and i am having 40000/- with me please do it. They use all type of abbusive language to me and also my parents. I am in a very bad shape can any one help me in this how do i go about.

I am have your miracle credit card but for quite a long period it is not accepted. why it is so?

My name is vinoth rajkumar and iam using the centurion bank credit card from the year 2007.i have spent the money and also i have deposited the money the amount spent was 19000rs and i have payed rs26550 with the intrest. and for the post 1 1/2 years i did not receive any statement from the bank and lost month i recived the statement from icici bank that i have to pay RS30000 for my cridet card it is really sock to me and i do not know what to do and daily the icici bankers are phoning to my house making mental tourcher and pl tell as whether to pay the money in icici bank or pl tell how much we have to pay,
but we can not pay more than 10000 because the statement from the bank made as sock after one year
and pl tell the centurion bank is cubled with icici or hdfc.

I was using credit card if Miracle. I had gone outside india for some time of 3 months after returning i had cleared all my dues but they has blocked my credit card and also put my name in cibil list.Please help
