My bill generation date is 3rd of every month.
but in the month of january i did not receive my bill and i unable to make payment.
kindly send me the bill as soon as possible at my billing address.

CERA Sanitaryware ltd — Internet not Working
Dear Mam/SirThis is bring into your kind notice that we are using Reliance Broadband Connection from last one year.
In Beggning the service provide was ok.
But later on it starts to give problem in every altenative week and it had taken 1 to 2 days to sort out the problem.
Now from 14th February'2011 i had lodged a complaint in customer care, eveytime they said we have lodged your complaint and it will take 24 hours to sort out the problem. but till date on 16th of February no action has been taken off. I am working in a corporate sector and its understood that all kind of work is on internet.
My work has been pending from last three days but i am unable to do anything.
Everytime the customer care said that your complaint shall be resolved on Higher Prority but nothing has been done till 2.11 P.M
Reliance is a big company but i will say that i am having a very very worst exheTperince with this company.
Companies goodwill is everything for them but the reality is something else when you got its experience.
