I have purchased "cera" wash basin (3 nos.) for my home. after 2-3 years its seems to be craked in various places. sir, really i am surprising, i have no idea what to be done. i contacted the sales outlet in ernakulam m/s AtoZ santitary. they were not bother to replace the same. sir, i would appreciate if you could kindly sen your representative to see the wash basin and pls make arrangement to replace the same.

wash basin — crack
Dear Sir,I purchased 2 wash basins(cardiff model) for my new flat by 2007. Both have developed air cracks and I am worried that it will break anytime. So, you are requested to send your service person and please do the needful.
