Chain-Sys India private limited. The number one fraud company in chennai., company was only money minded. they dont give respect for any one who is woking in that company. they not even give the salary regularly.

Fraud + Cheaters + Worst HR Policies = Chain Sys India Pvt Ltd. Experience people don't join this company in the interest of Oracle ERP. They will screw your whole life. After taking in to the Company ... after three month they will sack you with out any formal notice. They dont have any projects. They will put fake experience and send profile to all the clients and ask you clear interview. Company is controlled by Worst managers.

hi all., iam karthikeyan, working in chain sys since feb 2012. I dont want to beg anyone, not to trust any of the above negative comments.. I just want to post the reality. My previous experience are with tcs and accenture.. Iam not finding any difference between those mnc and chain sys. Infact chain sys is far better. Here your career will change. How many o[censored] know? Many IT employees are working in bpo in tcs..!! Accenture will also suck ur blood. Deena, can u say "no" to this statement?. I have been here for 1 year. My salary getting credited 5th of every month. And even in the training period, they paid stipend. And moreover in many mnc 25% o[censored]r salary is variable. This is a great harm for employees. It means u have work 100% for ur 75% salary, and for ur remaining entitled salary, u need to massage ur team leader. Deena, can u say "no" to this?. See all, all roads are ups and down in our career. It seems you dont know anything about Chain sys. There many people who lost their career because of Chain sys. What ever you mentioned in the comment is common in all the company. All company pays 5th only, but let me know which company stops salary if you are not in project. All the company has 25% of variable but chain sys has 75% of variable. At the time of appraisal, only the variable component will be increased. Here also you need to massage your Delivery manager or PM to get a project or sustain a project. People with good knowledge with straight forwarded attitude will not be considered for the projects. People with out knowledge but massage the superiors will be given first preference. The Comment given by Mr. Daniel is all 100% true.
Guys dont consider Karthikeyan comments as he is very new to Chain sys. Beware of the company. Definitely you need to pay 1.5 lacks to 2 lacks to get resignation letter.

HR Suruthi - Don't judge her with LinkedIn profile pic. Best spy of the year.
HR Preethi - She Joined recently she was well know for playing double game. But sorry for that Preeti company changed you like that.
BDE - Pushpa, she have a great humor sense but apart from that she have worst attitude over her colleague.

I have one doubt they registered their company as Manufacturer company I think so not sure I heard as rumors.

When I attended my final round she said like " we are not cheating like other company we always did best for our customers" but after that only I came to know that they cheated employees not Clients.

They will do but you have to force them & pay them very high.
Better you guys can shutdown chain Sys service & travel to Pilgrim centres to clean your sins.
