Chaitanya Gas Agency,Dombivli — poor service

I face very bad & cheap response from M/s.Chaitanya Gas Agency. Dombivali-East.
Tel No:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy or out of service. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. Now i facing very bad experience with this agency. every time staff saying tomorrow you will be getting cylinder. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all. There is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor, they disconnect the phone line & after that you redial same number it will get busy continuous.
