[Resolved]  Chennai Packers & Movers — Very very Poor Response. Not eligible to run the business

I booked 36 items from Trichy to Delhi through the worst Chennai Packers and Movers on 10th Nov'08 and they have promised me to deliver within 7 - 10 days. So, i shifted myself to delhi along with my mother on 17 th Nov. in a rental home without any basic things!!! After reaching there i have contacted chennai packers trichy branch and they have asked me to contact chennai branch. While i have contacted them they told that the things were not reached even chennai till !! ( Which was very shocking to me !! ) and they informed that it may reach my home at delhi on 21st nov. On that day also i have not got. Chennai representative have given me Mr. Murali's contact no. from that time itself i have faced horrible situation in my life that i never had before. Murali started to give running commentary about my goods status i.e it is on the way to my home from their delhi office ( 6 days he reaptedly told the same thing !!! No one can do like that except chennai packers guys !! ). I believed his words and took two days leave also. Sometimes i waited till 11 p.m also, since he was said that it would reach around 9-10 p.m. Those 6 days were really a tragedy in my life and he fooled me continuously.. Thank god!! Atlast i received my goods on 26th Nov'08 except my bike. Since they said there was some damage and it would be delivered on 30th Nov'08. Till now, i have not got my bike. From 30th nov, i regulary used to follow trichy, chennai and delhi reperesentatives. Nobody has given me any proper response. ( since, i have made more than 150 STD calls !! and they have called me only once ) Everybody postpone it to someone, even Mr.Kumar (MD) he said that its Mr.Murali's responsibity to deliver !!! how to deal with these guys !!! ( I have got more than 20 mobile nos. from by chennai packers guys( which i have not insisted, they have only given me to postpone it to someone to escape !!! ). Out of which most of those ar e switched off mobiles !! ) I am really hurted by this expereience. Not only me and my mother !!! some of my well wishers ( who knows hindi ) who are aged persons were ready to help me till 11 p.m without sleeping on believing Mr. murali's words to do the vehicle entry formalities in our society, since i do not know hindi.
