I spoke to one Mr. Selvam of chennai packers in Bangalore and finalized the movement of my household things from Bangalore to Chennai on 20th Oct, 2012. Reasons which clearly indicate that they are really the WORST PACKERS & MOVERS are:-
1. Schedule time was 10 AM but they turned up only at 12 Noon.
2. Brought only few packing materials (like bubble sheet, wrappers etc)
3. Out of 4 stafff 3 were not having any idea what to do in packing. Basically they were fit for nothing kind of staff.
4. Packing took more time than expected and this lead to disturbing my other schedule as i had to catch a train in the evening.
5. Demanded a lot of TIPS Rs. 1000 for doing the work which i refused. They started using abusive language. Why should one pay price over & above
6. Packers left after collecting my things and informed that by 10 AM on 21st Oct, 2012 the material will reach in my Chennai house.
7. The goods reached me only on 27th Oct, 2012 in a very bad condition. Many boxes were fully wet & torn.
8. Phone calls are of no use them as they simple keep telling lies & false things (like driver not there, tyre puncture, check post problem, vehicle repair)
9. I only know the hardship that i faced during all these days
So if you are planning to shift and you are in need of Packing & Moving Services NEVER go with CHENNAI PACKERS & MOVERS. They are the WORST service providers in the Country.
