Sir,
This complaint is against chennai packers on their worst service, customer relation and false committment. I have approached this packers for shifting my things from chennai to Virudhunagar total 61 items. On the day of quotation Srinivas from their side met me and gave me quote and promised to deliver the goods the next day. I got cheated by their promising words and booked one container. I asked them to do packing on 25th aug at around 4 pm which is 2 hrs delay as committed. But they haven't send me the van till 10 pm, the guy named Balaji who is incharge promised again and again the delivery is the next day. After the load the things I started virudhunagar and waited for the delivery the whole day. But there is no response and finally picked up the call after 100 call and said the vehicle is on the way. And till today 30th aug I haven't receiceved my goods and I took off for getting my things. When we try to reach them they are really very rude and using abusing words.
Please advice what action can be taken against them. No one in the future should suffer, please help us to take some action and stop their false advertisement and services.
