I brought Chevrolet Beat from Ernakulam dealers in Kerala - Geeyem Motors ( p ) LTD on [protected].The roof rail that has been fitted on my car is stikking type roof rail.The dealers promised me the roof rail of the Chevrolet Beat LT model when I gave the advance amount for my car- Chevrolet Beat PS.But when I got the vehicle the roof rail was stikking type not bolted type and also its colour is fading day by day.I want Chevrolet Company to change that part and provide me with genunine LT model roof rail on my vehicle . The dealers took a gross amount of Rs.7380/- for the accessories such as left side mirror , roof rail and mud flap and they gave only a printed bill of Rs.6780/-.Necessary documents and papers are attached herewith.I want the Chevrolet Company to provide me genunine company accessories - roof rails for my vehicle immediately.

Hi, I'm a proud owner of Chevy beat. The same kind of frustration happens to me too. Later on buying the vehicle, I went to install the roof rail. They put-in the sticking type, but I found it was damaged at corners. I shocked and shouted at them. Then they assured me to replace it with the new one. Just to mention, they charged me 3400 only for roof rail and not like the so said amount by you. I think they must have charged more. Better you can threaten those folks with the consumer complaints that works for me everywhere. They must sure put back that and install the new one. Best of luck :)
