[Resolved]  Chevrolet Beat — please take care of your customers a big scratch made on my car's left door when given in service station

I purchased beat 8 months back and met with an accident 1 month back because of that bonnet,bumper(front),ac compressor and radiator were damaged for restoring these things the service people (kun motors ,rtc cross roads ,Hyderabad) took 24 days and they made incomplete work on 20th days they called me that my car is completed i am very excited to take my car home after 20 days and went to the service station but he ditch on the bonnet was not properly done and the color was not matched so i said take the car again and clear the problem they took the car and cleared the problem with unmatched color for bonnet and bumper(front) with a lot of bubbles i asked the service manager and argued for a little time he says the work is perfect the general manager accepted their mistake but the service manager was arguing with me and asked me to meet him after his job time for beating me i can handle him with police but i don't want to ruin his life .His name is sampath([protected]) the service people over there are behaving like gangsters they are very rude with the customers
the main thing is after clearing the ditch on the bonnet,even if the color didn't match and full of bubbles i decided to take the car but the made a big and deep scratch on the wheel arch and left side door i just cant imagine this kind of behavior and this type of service .I never expected all these things and i am totally confused and frustrated.I was a big fan of Chevrolet cars but now i hate the brand oh god its disgusting how will u scratch on my vehicle of course they said they will clear the scratch but with unmatched color and lot of bubbles on my car makes me throw my car in to a scrap .I cant use my car with different colors rite
