I bought Chevrolet Beat in November'10, LT model which is fully loaded with in built music system. Remote control was missing so I contacted my Chevrolet Sales rep who said that he is not sure if it is included or not and said that he will check and call me back. He did not call so I called after 2 days and again he said that he had not yet confirmed. So I called again after 2-3 days and he said that a remote control is not included. To my surprise, how a fully loaded car with company fitted music system does not include a remote control. Moreover, the sales rep who deals in this EVERYDAY is not aware if a remote is included or not, a Strange!!! Though it seems a small issue but it is not.
Firstly, now a days every music system, even if it is worth Rs 1000 comes with a remote. It is considered default. No one can even think that a company fitted music system does not include a remote.
Secondly, it is very distracting for the driver when other person comes and manually changes a song.
Thirdly, kids are mostly intersted in music who mostly sit at the front seat, so it is very boring for then and bothersome for the person who is sitting in the front, changing tracks one after another on their request. I hope u understand what I mean to say.
This is very dissatisfactory and I am very disappointed. Cheap and ridiculous actby a company like Chevrolet. I could have purchased base model at Rs 40000 less and installed a music system of my choice. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Chevrolet. Was this information helpful? |
