As to introduce myself, Me Anthony Sagayam basically from Chennai and now located in Pondicherry serving for The Monthly English Magazine – City Direct as Manager – Business Development. Since my adolescent I had a dream to become a customer of Chevrolet and drive a car of its make. Its because my great grandfather’s and my grandfather used to eulogize Chevrolet so much since they have seen the cars in the early periods (1920’s). Today God has blessed me to buy a car and my first thought was to get it from Chevrolet. I booked the car in my wife’s name (S. Judy Usha Sheila).
But today I regret, should I have done a better choice? I wonder if the company Chevrolet really monitors the dealers and the kind of service they give to their customers, because I believe customers come into the showroom not because of the dealers rather the company Chevrolet and the kind of treatment any dealer delivers directly impacts the reputation of Chevrolet.
In Pondicherry, Aakash Auto Private Limited, is where I booked the car and it’s here I’ve got the worst service ever in my experience. Since the day of booking I was asked to visit the showroom so many times to see my car and even today after paying the entire amount the car is not shown yet. Tossing a customer without even delivering any basic respect, should I atleast now not take an initiative to escalate this to higher officials. I believe this is my basic right, but the result again depends upon your initiative towards my pursuit. Was this information helpful? |
