[Resolved] Chevrolet Spark — spare parts not available

This is regarding extremely poor service provided by chevrolet. 2 yrs back i bought SPARK LS model(RJ 14 CF 4O99). Its silencer pipe got damaged .Its been more than 4 months i have been asking them to replace it but in vain. Everytime i ask for it and they have the same pathetic answer that ITS OUT OF STOCK. I fail to understand why do they produce such cars for which they cannot get the spare parts .

Also there is only 1 service station in JAIPUR which is on the outskirts of the city aprox. 25 kms. from my home. Its extremely annoying to travel such a distance ESPECIALLY when the mileage of the car is 10 km/ltr as against the company's claim of 16 km/ltr and then hearing a negative reply as they don't attend any phone calls.

I hope the matter would be seriously looked into.

Chevrolet Spark — Miss matching of clour of roof

I have recently purchased Chevorlet Spark for KC Hyundai Jammu through its sister concern Auto Wings Srinagar. On delivery of car I found that the clour of roof is different at one place. Plz remburse me or otherwise I will be constrained to file case to consumer court.

spark-ps — not changing parts as comitted

As i got accident, so i got complete coverage of insurance which was given by reliance but at service centre kota ( rajasthan) they putted duplicate side strip of window(myfront left door was damaged), for which i have asked around 10 times to change it but always answers comes as presently side strip is not available. my complaint is that how it is possible that particular part is not available for last 2 months
