chevrolet uva car — Seeking Justice
I have purchased a car ( Chevrolet UVA) from Autovikas, Lajpat Nagar on 25th May'2010.Mr.Hitesh was the person from their end who entertained me. at that time one offer was there for a Gold Coin with every Chevrolet Car. I was told by their represtative ( Mr. Hitesh) that i will get the coin within next one month.This is very unfortunate that i have not got that Gold Coin till now. it is already six months left. whenever i called to their shop, they told me that they will call me within 10 minutes. but never they called me back.
This is not the question of a Gold coin. This is the question of the promise they have told me at the time of purchasing. I am feeling very embarrassed of this situation.
I seek justice.

Regent Automobiles — Shockers
I have bought Spark-LS in April 2009, after one month I got an accident left side door was damaged badly, it was repaired. but after few days I have found problems in shockers, it is not working properly. it makes noise even in small huddles. I have lodged complaints so many times but every time they were not solving my problems. still this problems continues. so I am requesting you to kindly take an action ASAPRegent Automobiles — battery problem

Dear,
I thought I had make big mistake to purchase this car. I bought this car (RJ-14 CD 0561) in Jun.07 in my wife’s Name Parul Consul after that there are so many complaints to your service center but your service was not improved. So that now I thought I will intimate to Co-operate office of the company what kind of service given by your appointed service station.
First of all your people makes falls commitment to customers you will be served on his/her door step when customer asked this service every time your service center people told sir today its not possible due to heavy worked load on us so we bring your vehicle in weeks time. Please let me know is this a fault of customer.
Before seven month's my car get accident I call to your service station they told me I bring yours car to service station. I do that what your car service advisor asked to do. When I reached your service station they told me there is some work which would be done to our body shop so you take this car to our body shop. Again I do same what your service advisors guide me. When I reached your body Shop I was guide to meet Mr. Yogesh Pareek (Body shop Manager) I wait more then 2 hour because that fellow was too busy. After a long wait he entertain me & visit my car then told me all the works of your car would be done in four days. After this I fallowed a lot for delivery my car but my car delivered to me after fifteen days. When I checked the work I told your body shop manager (Yogesh Pareek) I think the new color does not matched with the old color. He told me sir there is always some difference between old & new color on your car. I thought may be it is. I paid all my part payment of Rs.14, 210/-.
Now after seven month’s gone for a routine check up of my car I take my vehicle to service station & told all the problems to your service advisor. When all the required worked done your service advisor asked me sir your mirror vibration problem would be resolved to our body shop because here is no denter present. We went together to body shop where I found to your body shop manager (Yogesh Pareek) I again asked him to difference between the color. He told me yes there is difference between the colors so you take another claim then we will do it again. Now tell me is this my fault? Why I take another claim when mistake done at your body shop?
Revert me with proper salutation with in a week’s time on my cell no.[protected] otherwise I have only one option left to take legal action against your company.
