http://austinist.com/2009/05/28/city_scraps_website_plan_will_seek.php - why was the RFP too restrictive and scrapped? who was bribed and when was it brought to light?
Check for yourself.
1) Go to linked in
2) Search for Cignex in companies
3) Go to Resources and check on their current roles
How many of these are still in Cignex? Why is there so much churn?
Why did the $700K contract that was awarded to Cignex cancelled? What is the real story?

Business rivalry is the motive behind your hate campaign. This forum is meant for consumers and not for running hate campaign against a winning competitor.
This forum is for complaints. Any wrong representations by anyone can be put forward. You still haven't come clean on any of the charges because they are facts.
Although unrelated, just curious to know why would one even bother to compete with a company like yours? If a reporter covers a story against a mafia, does the reporter become a competitor?

Cignex ran into issues with Ubuntu Events team. It is no longer a company supporting open source. Very mean!
Nooffshoring, Ubuntugeek are the accounts of Roshan Shah CEO of Gloscon

Guys I am honestly suggesting that please don't waste your energy by replying post of Roshan Shah, he is like Kids. when you give more reply to small kids that kids will play more with you. he has not some common sense, he is still not mature. His level of thinking is very small, he does not think out of this world. so people please don't reply to this person.
He is doing Drupal business but his reputation also not good in Drupal community, One day drupal community also decided to block Roshan shah from community Ref.. http://drupal.org/node/511156

Finally Roshan Shah is running out of business. He cannot trust anyone not even his employees.
See this http://www.gloscon.com/news/2011/05/05/gloscon-announces-40-workforce-reduction
This is one more step towards closure of Gloscon.
Guess how many employees are there in his Company as of April / May 2011? 11 people including himself, his wife and his cousin.
If 40% of it goes away then he would be left with 7 people only 4 outsiders... All the picture you see about employee strength on Gloscon's website or YOUTUBE etc. are 1.5 years old.
He actually master minded creation of Gloscon & other companies to park his money in India. He lured many people offering them equity in his company to the extend of 1% - 10%, initially he succeeded in fooling several people. Now these people have understood his tactics and everyone has left. He is now leaning Drupal to support his clients when rest of the lot is also gone.. Wish him Good Luck in his endeavor.
He has threatened all his employees not to work on DRUPAL when they leave GLOSCON.

If this is mere allegation and Cignex does follow ethical practices, does not tamper resumes and has more workers in US compared to India, and do not illegally collect data, they should sue other party if they have evidence.
This post looks like someone who got laid off in 40% work force reduction. Many companies announce layoffs and that is a good thing. Many do without announcing - some even public companies and this keeps shareholders in dark.
I came across this post when I was researching Gloscon and had a conf call with Roshan. Yes, the numbers are correct with Gloscon having 17 employees/contractors.
I picked up in his words - He does not do day to day management and his team handles Gloscon. He is more into new ventures. He assured me that he has strict NDA and Non-Compete policies with his employees. Maybe it is too tight and restrictive? His linkedin profile has very good endorsements and I spoke to the tech team also, they seemed very knowledgeable.
I am still not a customer but I need to research bit more. His Drupal ids are very active. This could also be slang by Gloscon / Gloscon current/ex-employees / Cignex / Cignex current/ex-Employees and if there is smoke, there must be fire also.
Cignex / Gloscon must have some issue between them else why would this get to this stage?
