Dear Jobseeker
Naukri.com is a platform that brings together Jobseekers and Employers. Please note that it is not a recruitment firm, and it is not a labor consultant or recruitment partner of any employer. The portal is used by numerous corporate, placement consultants, and recruitment firms to find suitable candidates and contact them.
hi sunil even i got this mail i am sending you a mail i got from naukri.com about such fake companies please read this and digest it carefully...!!!
We, at Naukri.com, undertake all reasonable measures to discourage emails with fraud job offers from reaching your inbox. Regrettably, on very few occasions, false or non-existing job offers do get sent via email to illegally collect personal information and/or money from unsuspecting job seekers. We are committed to providing you with a safe job search experience, so would like to keep you informed on how to detect such fraud/scam mails. If you receive any suspicious email communication from a possible Naukri client, immediately report it to us at [protected]@naukri.com.
Indicators to check if an email from an employer/recruiter is a fraud/scam:
If you have not heard the name of the company before, search on Yahoo, Google or MSN to see if the company has a genuine website.
Even if it has a website, check if other people have reported that the employer has been involved in job scams previously.
If the mail offers a job without a face to face interview
If the mail offers you a job you have not applied for
If the mail asks for your personal, non-work related information such as credit card numbers or bank information over phone or email
If the mailer asks for money-transfers, or payment for any employment/recruitment related purpose, such as immigration and visa processing, travel etc..
If the mailer has used free email IDs to contact you or as 'reply to' email IDs. For example, if you get a job offer from XYZ Petroleum Company, and their email ID is
[protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@yahoo.com then it is most probably a fake company. Real companies use their own domain name on their email, and do not use free email providers.
If the 'reply to' email ID is different from the 'from' email ID
If the contact telephone numbers are mobile phone numbers only, and no landline numbers are given
If the mail mentions that Naukri.com is their recruitment partner, or labor consultant or employment partner
Before you respond to such emails, we strongly recommend you do a discreet enquiry and verify the legitimacy of the employer. Please note that Naukri.com does not approve of, or represent any employer or recruiter in sending such fraudulent communication, which, in fact, is a violation of the Terms and Conditions. I think there are lots of bad software and IT companies out there, so, be choosy otherwise you may get permanent damages. It is better to join a good company or better look out for some other alternative. Many companies run primarily to make more money and they may not think about employees. Beware that you don’t get Clean Bowled.
what is your company objective, and what is your company goal
