my dad got a call from citi financial bank 4 personal loan he went thru all the documentry work and loan amout of Rs. 25000/- ... he deposited all the documents den citi financial executive said u can confirm me till dis evening ( September 20 , 2007) around 1.00 PM dereafter we ll process ur application n we ll intimate u dey did not give neething in written just coz of hidden charges... den my dad came back den we called back to same executive (at 2:15 pm) dat we dont want dis loan for the time being.. as usual as a telemarketer he tried to convinced us but we refused den he said ok we ll send back the document by courier services by dis evening.. bt dey didnt send back the document n no response from dere side so we thought that dis loan process has been cancelled... bt 2day ( October 4 , 2007) i hav received a cheque of Rs. 23,000/- from citi financial in the evening around at 6 :00 pm through courier service shalimar bagh branch widout nee intimation. den we went to shalimar bagh branch.straight away dey denied dat we dont know who handled ur case.. Now as per company policy or as a customer rights in any telemarketing transaction we get time to think about product dat we shud continue or not ? bt citifinacial branch's staff said dat u will hav 2 continue wid dis loan atleast for 6 months or another way cancel it out pay cancellation charges n sevice tax n work out wid us for 10 days.. so in dis way dey hav harrassed my dad for cancellation fees which is almost around 1500/- again in both ways i hav to pay big amount as interest widout using dis loan amount..
so now just talk about 7 days or 15 days of decision making time period...
