sir,
i purchased the car recently, but that car financed by cmfl, he said i cleared total payment. but he said applied for NOC. but please see once AP13L 3584 is it cleared the total finance or not? as early as possible.

I have not received the NOC (Form 35) from CMFL in spite of repayment of the car loan.The loan WITH ACCOUNT NO : DEA[protected] was fully paid and we had received no dues/ Maturity letter from the company on[protected].

TODAY,
I am unable to sell my car without the Form 35 from CMFL., I went in search of their earlier office @ Begumpet, Panjagutta.., Nagarjuna Circle..., but all went in vain...their is no office with this name...as on today the same premises is in the name of CITI CORP financials but no body out there is helping to get the exact address.


In view of this, i humbly request to help me in getting this Form 35 from Citicorp Maruti Finance Limited at earliest

Hello Sir,

I had taken loan for 3 years in citicorp maruti finance Hays Road Bangalore in 1998, I had completed the repayment, but have not received the NOC from the finance.
Now since it is 15 years I have to pay the road tax and get fitness certificate from RTO Rajajinagar Bangalore and they are asking the NOC from citicorp Maruti. I am unable to locate where Citicorp Maruti is now.

LONE ACC NO : DEJ[protected] FORM: 35 FRESH ONE REQUIRED, AS WELL AS TO PROVIDE MAIL RTO CUTTACK.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had purchased a Maruti 800 DX on 14th March 2001, bearing registration number OR-5L-2672 under Registering Authority Cuttack, Odisha from your dealer / branch THE CITY SHOPPE, MULTI BRAND CAR SHOWROOM, Chintamaniswar, Cuttack Road, Bhubaneswar-751006, Odisha under finance & the said acc no is DEJ[protected]. The said finance was cleared by February-2004, also am getting finance clearance letter dated 27th Feb-2004 & hypothecation termination letter of Citicorp Maruti Finance Ltd. Due to my personal problem am unable to do the hypothecation termination at the RTO, Cuttack.

Therefore I would request you may re issue one fresh letter / mail to Regional Transport Officer, Cuttack, Odisha with a mark cc to me, for this purpose if you have any charges / payment required am ready to pay. Please consider the above case & do the needful at your end for which i will be obliged.
