Citigroup — not received the pan card

Dear sir,
I have not recieved my pan card its already 2 months now.kindly revert i have the number with me my coupon number is[protected].

citigroup global services limited — My father name is wrong on the card

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is chakravarthy peddinti i applied for the PAN card and i received the PAN card with the PAN number AJWPC2513K but on the PAN card my father name is wrong on the card my father name is PEDDINTI SESHACHARYULU but now it is on the card is PEDDINTI SESHACHARULU here "Y" missed in the middle.

I am not sure that is the mistake from my side or is it printing mistake i want the card with the correct name kindly check in your records what i have to do for this one kindly advise me

citigroup global services limited — PF not credited

Hello Sir.

I have properly and precisely submitted all the relevant documents and the same has been done by my previous company CGSL(Emp ID:23133). I worked in CGSL for 2yrs and 5months.

I have visited the PF office twice as the same had not been credited to my account. On investigation, i found that the PF dept had made a big error, they had mentioned the bank name as ICICI Bank N/A in the cheque instead of Citibank N/A. I PF dept admitted their mistake and assured me that the same will be corrected immidiately.

Its been almost a year and still there is no update about my PF.

This is a really a shame...Plz can u look into this matter.

My PF A/c no is "MH/35679/16669".

My PF NO IS 27079 & worked with citiogroup Delhi, have submitted my PF form four time & every time i come know that the concerned HR person has left the job, whom i have given my pf in hand . I am still trying to get connected to HR person but not able to.Pls help me if there is any other way .
