[Resolved]  City Limousine - City Real Com — NON Payment Against Cheque

Sir This is true and please take this complain seriously and do something to save the money Invested by THOUSANDS of Indian.

people like u have thrown other people on the road as well. u guys cry like hell when there is a need to keep the mouth shut. as they have already stated that it will be resolved by the end of 15th or 20th this month but u dont listen. u n others go to their office and threaten them to court.
becos of such one case we all are suffering so much and now their office has been raided.
WTF ... keep cryinnnnnnnnnn

I feel sorry for the complaintant. How he trust anybody who is offering a return of 74.64% on his investment of 1, 25000/-

All the investors are biggest fool & . If anybody can offer such aprofit then NO body will work. TATA's Birla's Ambani's all will invest in this schemes.

This is my advice to investors.What is Happened is Absouletly Fraud & concern authorities must take strict action against these CHEATERS so in future a innocent Indian can be saved from these MAFIAS.

this is the right time to get together all investers for cause. otherwise, he definately find way to run for ever. All investers will waste time to search only. I donot get, why nobody make complaint to police. even this is a croces fraud but not appear on media.

Sir, I am a middleclass man. I invested Rs.2, 50, 000/- in 2 parts. It was going smoothly from last 5 years and suddenly i heard about the trajedy of City group. I was shocked because my principal amount is also not covered. One of my friend taken a loan of Rs.3, 00, 000/- to invest in City and last month only he deposited the same in City. Now I am answerable to my Friend... Please do the needfull so that all investors get atleast their Principal amount. Please help us...

Please help us in obtaining our principal money back from city group. As a family we have invested around 10 lacs with city. We are from middle class family and most of the money was borrowed from banks...which we cannot pay now as the cheques are bouoncing...PLEASE HELP!!!

My husband has been with city group for the past 7 yrs. The very 1st investment of 1, 45, 000 he made in 2003 has expired 5yrs and we got our money back with interest and Rs.75000 at end as promised. there was not even a single cheque bounce till these yrs. we trusted it and So we invested 2nd yr another 1, 45, 000, 3rd yr 1, 45, 000 so on till total of 6 lakhs. we recovered principal of 3.5 L. But jus 3 mnths back we invested 2.5L taking loan. So not yet recovered it. we were investing step by step only since v trusted city, now it seems it s shutting down. please do not allow them to run away with our money. Please help us...

i ve invested 1.30 lakh and got only 16000/- back till now. chq dated 01 aug 09 was bounced due to insufficient funds in kotak mamahindra account, when i contacted jaipur office on phone then he told me taht due to audit the transactions are held . he told me that this may be deposited after 7 sep then we will geyt money. but one of my friend went to delhi office, there he was told that the company has filed petition for bankrupcy. today banglore office told that there is no need to panic and that-
1. some banks have filed the complaint against city that why and how city is able to give such profit.
2. The high court has given stay order on transactions till 08 0ct 09, decision will be given after that
3. the principal amount may be returned or the profit may be reduced .

please do something, the investors have trust on government guards and machinery, if they run away its a shame for government coz its the duty of the state to prevent its people from such frauds. they had a registered office, website and they were OFFICIAL SPONSORER OF INDIAN HOCKEY FEDERATION AND COMMONWEALTH GAMES 2010.

i do not know whom to address the condition is very critical. i have invested rs 3.8 lac in the organ. and also my mother has invested rs 9 lac almost all her savings after my father passed away .she is in the state of shock going thru this fraud. pls let us know what wrong we all have done in our trust. if atall there was something wrong what didnt the company officals at least proctected the investment done in aug 09 . such a sorry state..

I have also taken a Investment plan called City Real Com from City Limousine Ltd. In that I have taken 1, 25, 000/= and made an agreement to pay monthly Rs. 7775/= monthly, now they have paid money for the past 5 months and suddenly they have stopped payment against cheque since aug'09 . I confirmed from their delhi office There i Found like me THOUSANSD are arguing for the same reason and they are not answering any logical answer. Sir this is puerly a case of FINANCIAL FRAUDE AND THOUSANDS OF INDIAN ARE EFFECTED.
High court has ordered a stay on transaction is it true, plswhats the process & how long we allinvestors hav to wait for our money.

city realcom is a froud co. I have invest Rs264000- they promise to give Rs 7775-per month.After six months there cheque has bounse. Now they have close Delhi office. How can I take or refund my paymend. This company is froud. So, please complain except and do action against that kind of company.
