Classic Star Cargo Service — Not received goods which were sent 6 months ago

My name is keith and i have sent across my cargo from dubai almost

6 months ago through a cargo company by the name of classic star

cargo.This cargo company has a branch in kerala also.Everytime i call

the office in kerala they keep saying that the goods are under clearance

something which is hard to beleive as i sent these goods almost 6

months ago.I am currently in goa and i dont know how to take action

against these people.Could you please advice my course of action

against this company.Would really appreciate your response.

My name is Guru and I booked by Air Cargo with Classic Start Cargo from its Bur Dubai office to send my used wooden goods to Chennai on 19/7/2010. While taking the consignment there is one gentleman Mr.Muhammad Ali who confirmed that this goods will be delivered at my door step within 25 days. During the end of August I started asking them, but they have given the same reply like what given to you. Every time we check it will reach within 1 week due to clearance.

Yesterday, 29/9/2001 they have given a airway bill number and the telephone number of DTDC to check about my material. As per DTDC today, it was delivered to them by Classic Start Cargo on 8/9/2010 and they have delivered at my place yesterday - 29/9/2010.

I do not understand how we can lodge our complaint about service providers like Classic Star Cargo. Such people will feel comfortable if we do not raise such issues to next level.

If anyone know how to lodge our complaint, please share with me.

more than six months now and my sofa and table has not reached me till
now this site is of no use and i have got no response so far.

Hi My name is Jafer and I sent my cargo on august 10th and it delivered after 2 months

and there were items missing and lot of items damaged and while delivering they have requested us to sign the invoice copy and they have written all the damaged and lost items in a separate paper.

when I checked with Classic cargo Burdubai office Mr. Muhammed Ali and Seddique said they will make the re-payment for those item missed and damaged after they got the fax copy of the list.

when I asked again after a week they are telling there is no item mentioned in the invoice sheet.

Actually they only written all the things in a paper and asked my parents to sign on that in that time i went their office and called my parents and Mr.Siddique also took all the list and asked my parents to sign that paper and give to the delivery person. now they are hiding that paper and showing their invoice copy and telling they should have write every thing on the invoice copy.

I can say this is a no:1 cheating people .

could any one can please make any action against them .

i faced the same problem what jafar faced. my cargo it reached after 59 days that means almost 2 months. when it reached it already spoiled everything and we give complain and written in there invoice what i lost. when i called them they are saying invoice is not reached there office till now. and they scold me very badly. i dont know what i want to do.

please guys if we all get together we can take some actions against them.

Guys..I too faced the same situation and was helpless about it. Hi people I' am Amit, India is also facing the same problem if some 1 is there in Dubai please ask the to file a case in consumer point in Dubai economic department were the need to answer all your queries, I sent across my cargo from dubai almost 1 year ago through a cargo company by the name of classic star cargo Mr. Muhammed Ali and Mr.Siddique are fraud., they dont even pick up my phone call I call from India everyday., but no use at all.
Plz I wat my Cargo back...!!!

We had sent cargo via CLASSIC STAR CARGO on 27th November 2009 via their "Door to Door Service" as per their delivery terms we were assured cargo delivery within 25 days to our destination (Pune -India). Our receipt number being CR.NO.22774 Dated. 26/11/2009 & we have already paid full payment for 60kg (600dhs) @ 2boxes of consigment...
So please help us to get the cargo and please try to invistigate about it. How i can take leagal action againt it.
Mr. Muhammed Ali and Mr.Siddique are fraud., not picking up my calls and always giving excuses and said they will make the re-payment but of no use ..
Please give us the advice about it...!!!
