Dear All,

My father made a big mistake of obtaining a time share member in club india resort kodaikanal... i visited the resort about 3 years back and i was shocked to see that the resort was not maintained properly and it was terrible to have a stay there...

I am a share holder of club india resorts (p) ltd.( 003029).I have joined during 1992 and visited your kodaikanal resort from 3/7/199 to 5/7/99. After that I couldnot contact you. I paid some amount between Rs 25000 and 30000 for membership while I was working at Blore.At present I am in Dubai.My contact no is [protected]. Please let me know how you can compensate the amount what I have paid for the clubmembership.If I would have invested the same amount for purchasing a site in Bangalore now I would have benefitted minimum 500 times more than that.I hope you can understand my frustration in this regard.

Hi, I'm Sarah from Chennai.On my recent visit to Kodaikanal in the 1st week of August 2011, I stayed at Club India Resort. It is still fully functional and has its regular flow of guests. To those of you who have so many concerns, I would advice you to contact them and continue to enjoy the benefits of your shares. For those of you who already know about the location & for those who don’t, Club India Resort is set at a scenic, quiet and most relaxing setting within the valleys of Poombarai. It has all the fun loving, adventures, and recreational requirements on site, so you don’t need to go anywhere else to enjoy yourself. I came back rejuvenated from the hectic city life, refreshed and renewed to continue back to my regular schedule. But I’m looking forward to my next visit back to Club India Resort. Hope the rest of you also get to experience the same as I did at the earliest.

i also own a time share in club india resorts. after hectic attempts i was nt able to locate anyone. I jus saw this thread today and happy to see so many other owners here. I see that there is a post from Mr. Priyanth Raju with a phone no. Is this a valid one? has anyone else tired and got any relief? Please let me know the dtls. Or as someone suggested we can all meet up somewhere and discuss as to wat needs to be done next.
