I write this letter to you to bring to your notice the bad services provided by Cub 7 to me.
I had gone to a Europe Tour with them which was pre-planned. I given in written that the bookings were of 15th of May but all of a sudden without any prior permission it was changed to 16th of May. But on request they did change the date to 15th of May with a deal that we would directly join their tour on 17th of May. But unfortunately on 16th of May there was a volcano ash due to which all flights were cancelled and their original tour was cancelled. Thus we were stuck in London and when we called up they charged over double the original amount to merge us with another trip that was already there. They also insisted on paying on spot for further work. After coming back when we went to claim the extra money they kept dragging the date for meeting and then finally sent a letter refusing to talk any further on this matter.
TRANSACTION
The original cost of the trip we took was Rs.1, 67,455 per person but we were charged a amount of Rs.1, 57,239
Per person even though we availed their services lesser for 1 night 2 days than the others. This comes to about
Rs. 9,144 extra per person. We were forced to pay the amount at Kolkata office before they would take any action and they had told that they would do nothing without any money.
NATURE OF COMPLAINT
1) Charging extra amount
2) Misbehaving and taking advantage of the costumer’s problem
EVIDENCES OF SUPPORT OF COMPLAINT
1) Contract form
2) Payment receipt
3) Many mails sent to them to request for return of extra money
4) The letter with their reply
JURISDICTION
As total amount involved is less than Rs.20 Lakhs(i.e.Rs.27,432), the complain is being filed with the Honorable District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum.
PRAYER
1) Relief to be granted to the complainant as demanded herein
2) That the Honorable forum looks into the matter and takes strict and prompt action

First of all, They Club7, don't know about Travel consultation, They don't even have a general knowledge about flight ticket and hotel bookings., consultation on tours is very Faaaaar. 😠
Mr. Arun, supposed to be a senior executive in this company, supposedly made all the arrangements & the arrangement he made was he booked tickets & rooms..That's it.
The itinerary was given to me just before a week of travel & it was filled with
"Day at LEISURE " MrArun. Didn't even bother to explain me how the journey would be except that, he kept on asking the payments. A minimal info about a 6/7 trip, would have been done in ONE good sitting. I, myself would have planned my trip 100times better.
For 3 destinations, there were supposedly 3 guides absolutely useless & full of don't know /Don't care ATTITUDE . This I experienced the first day when I met the first guide, at the so called best 4star hotel "Discovery Beach" Pattaya. The only guide, in the complete trip, Mrs" Bee", , for my best surprise, started explaining me the check IN & check out time of the hotel. She was there for 5min to get my signature, & then I didn't see her for the rest of my trip. We reached at 8am in the morning to the reception of the hotel & were made to wait till 2pm. This was an exclusive Trip arrangement made by the careless company Club7 Arun . The supposedly Guide wanishes after 5 minutes of explanation of check in & check out time & she is so busy as if she is the only manager of tourism of Pattaya.
All the other days we managed on our own only in Bangkok city tour which wasjust for One & half an hour ...!!!😳There was a guide who took us to a jewelry shop...!! & two temples 🙏which completed within 1hour 30min...Its like the whole Bangkok in 90min...!!! Great Na..?
After which we check inn and the ""Day at Leisure.. ""...!!! The complete 1/2 day is Gone in waste.. Our complete trip was a massive disaster because club 7 had so carelessly planned it especially for us because we blindly believed them. These people had just outsourced an Ultra local guy at Pattaya, to book our trip eventually the same guy connected me to Bangkok & Phuket. WASTE FELLOWS, UNFIT FOR TRAVEL CONSULTATION. it's their duty to at least give one sitting as an explanation about when you start, where you land what are the happenings etc.
After the first half day in Bangkok goes in wain, the next day..??? again "" The Day at Leisure...!!! " So when I call Mr Arun, he says REST..!!! what for..? because we wasted the half yesterday..? Then I myself suggest him a place called Dreamworld.. Which he charged me 10500/- 😡 (which is exactly like our FUNWORLD & Innovative Film city in Bengaluru, ) I would say our's is Better.
One day was worthy for Phuket., just one day... That's it the next day completely GONE IN WASTE.,
The last day was a complete waste of time which we paid for. In the morning we got up say at 6:30, the check out time is before 12noon, & the flight is at 7pm.."A complete day is wasted with a restriction " if we had a complete stretch of 12 hrs, the Trip planner would have done something, a city tour at least.. The itinerary says.

The last connecting flight (Phuket to Bangkok &bk to India) was so closely Booked that, we were about to miss it. It was only an hour of difference & our flight landed late. We boarded the flight by running & finally we missed our luggage.
So I Thank CLUB 7 in person for Giving me "Days in LEISURE " you guys are absolutely Useless.
