[Resolved]  Cmc Ltd — Settlement delay

I am Arun vadivel one of the CMC's Ex Employee. I left CMC on 10th may 2012. I have worked for one year and three months in that CMC. I am awaiting for my Settlement payment for the past five month as of now. I have mail to our HR but she is telling that corp finance will take care of that. I even mailed to corp finance but no reply. When I asked our HR about delay she was also unsure or very negligent about my case. This shows the unprofessional attitude of CMC Ltd. And one more thing,they have not given my Experience letter and not letting me to claim my PF. They are saying that I will get my experience letter and claim PF only after i get my settlement payment. This sounds me ridiculous. I don't Know what is happening in CMC, have they got bankrupt? God only knows it.
