ISSUING OF NEW SMART CARD TAKES TWO MONTH AND PERSON ALLOWED TO TAKE GROSERY ITEM ON RECEIPT BUT LIQUER IS DENIED. CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHY ? KINDLY ISSUE A CARD FASTER OR ALLOW LIQUER AS GROSERY ITEMS.
