Fees Refund

I enrolled in CMJ University in 2010 with registration number [protected]. I have submitted DD of 1, 27000 INR and I need the money back now. University is not responding at all. Please suggest me next course of action.

I enrolled for PhD course with the said CMJ university in year 2011 ( registration no[protected] dt 06.07.2011)
Later on it was understood that the university is not approved by UGC and is closed.
Since then I'm following up with Mr. Praveen Parmar from Indian Management School & Research Centre having its office at 321, Platinum Technopark, Sector30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharastra, India, PIN-400703 who has facilitated the admission saying everything is in order.
I paid in total 127, 000 INR
Can u help to get this money back.

According to letter of the Governor, the CMJ University has so far enrolled as many as 2734 students in[protected], 469 in[protected] and 176 in[protected] in various courses. The Governor directed the University to recall and withdraw all the degrees awarded so far and publish this fact in national and local dailies at their own cost. He also pointed out that the University has awarded Ph.D degrees to 434 students during[protected] and has enrolled 490 students for the Ph.D programme during[protected] with only 10 teachers with Ph.D qualification. These enrolments and award of Ph.D degrees are in contravention of the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Awards of M.Phil/Ph.D degree) Regulation, 2009. The CMJ University has also been directed to frame rules and procedures for admission into the M.Phil and Ph.D degree programmes, allocation of supervisor, course work, evaluation, assessment and other related matters in accordance with the UGC Regulation.
The Governor’s Secretariat has filed an FIR against the CMJ University for the alleged fraud in awarding fake degrees and admissions. Armed with a court order, CID sleuths have also sealed the CMJ University at Laitumkhrah, Shillong on Thursday night. CID has started investigation into the affairs of the CMJ University after the Governor’s Secretariat filed a case against the University. Experts from the forensic department also assisted the CID. The State Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has been assigned the task of investigating into the alleged fraud committed by the CMJ University by awarding fake degrees to scores of students.

I had completed my PGDCA from here. I have my marksheet and Provisional certificate. But only problem i m facing is i am not able to verify it. But i have original Documents. Why i am not able to see my record. I called them no one replies and verifies. I asked them for my transcripts. Still no reply. I did a regular program from here. What should i do. My professor has left the college and is not responding.
