So how they can issue marksheet in 2010 these all r fakr I also submitted some proofs like authentic notification and announcement of v.c in next post read these carefully...

The university was established by an act passed by the state legislature in 2009 while it started functioning from October 17, 2010. It is alleged to have issued a large number of fake PhDs.CMJ University had been running distance education centres outside the state, in other parts of the country as well as in some centres abroad, in breach o[censored]niversity Grants Commission regulations and guidelines. Fake Degrees and Admissions by CMJ UniversitySir, Chandra Mohan Jha University, popularly known as CMJ University, is a private university established through a State act called as “CMJ University Act, 2009” in the State of Meghalaya. In a letter written by UGC to the self appointed Chancellor of the University, Shri C.M. Jha on November 10, 2010 informed that no off campus centre(s) is opened by the University outside the territorial jurisdiction of the State. In case, the University has already started any off campus outside the State, it must be closed immediately. At the same time, even in the official website of the University, www.cmjuniversity.edu.in gives wrong misleading information to the students. One announcement in the website says, “The University does not have any Off Campus/Study Centres. If anyone is claiming to be a study center of CMJ University, it is false and it should be reported to us. Suitable reward will be given”. And also “CMJ University conducts only Regular courses at its campuses located in Meghalaya and does not offer any correspondence or distance course”.There have been questions in view of the above points, how CMJ University is running different study centres in different parts of the country including Manipur.

Dissolve CMJ University, says Meghalaya governor

Meghalaya Governor R.S. Mooshahary Wednesday asked the state government to dissolve the controversial CMJ University.From established facts, it was clear that there has been mismanagement, mal-administration, indiscipline and failure in the accomplishment of the objectives of the university, apart from criminal liabilitysaid Mooshahary, who is also the visitor to the private varsity.The state government is accordingly being addressed to consider dissolution of the CMJ University in terms of Section 48 of the CMJ University Act, 2009, " he added.The Criminal Investigation Department (CID), investigating the alleged lapses of CMJ University, unearthed a number of irregularities in the university's functioning. It arrested the varsity's registrar, Mrinal Kanti Deb, deputy registrar Premlal Rai, university director Manjeet Kaur, and human resource manager Juban Kharpuri on charges of fraud and cheating.However, the CID sleuths have not been able to arrest varsity chancellor Chandra Mohan Jha, as he has gone into hiding ever since Mooshahary exposed the irregularities of the varsity.On Monday, the University Grants Commission (UGC) constituted a nine-member expert committee headed by Tezpur University Vice Chancellor Mihir K. Mooshahary, who is also the Visitor of the University. The Governor on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, directed the university that no fresh admission of students shall be undertaken by the CMJ University till the appointment of a Chancellor.
