I am a regular buyer of Coffee powder (Pea Berry - Pure) from Coffee Day outlets. During June-2007, our family relocated from Bangalore to Hyderabad. While in Bangalore, I used to buy the coffee powder regularly at Malleswaram 13th Cross outlet. The taste and aroma of the coffee was so good that my day doesnt start without a cuppa. At Hyderabad, the same coffee powder neither has taste nor aroma. I buy from the Anandbagh, Malkajgiri outlet. I have also complained to the store keeper several times.
I feel that the quality of the beans which come to Hyderabad are of lower when compared to those used in Bangalore.
I request the authorities to look into the matter and do the neeful.
