[Resolved]  Cognizant — Food plus card

Hi,

I lost my HDFC Bank Visa FoodPlus Card. Please block it so as to reduce the misuse of the same. Also please take step to reissue new FoodCard and transfer the remaining amount from the old one, ASAP so that I will be able to use the new card.

hdfc food plus card totally waste

one of my friend is using icici food plus card for past 5 months but previously he was getting sodexo vouchers.
when using sodexo he use to spend vouchers against grocery items in all dept stores .
but now he can able to use only for eatable item in restaurant through card. (inside and outside company). so quite card and starts escalates to his management for again vouchers .

when will grocery & petrol will be activated through food cards when i receive card from hdfc exe he says that i can use for all vista outlets. but y grocery keepers are not accepting...

Money got deducted from my card but transaction was failed at cognizant food vendor.

Hi,

I have applied for Food card way back in late 2013, that time i was working in Chennai. After that i have transferred to Coimbatore. I had received mails like my food card was delivered to my Chennai office, but i couldn't able to collect it. Now i am trying to apply the card once again, but it is displaying error message as"Employee ID already Registered". Please advise how to apply the card once again. Thanks

Cognizant — Food plus card

I have lost my Food plus card and i had even blocked it . now i am requesting for the new food plus card but there is no proper response from the bank dealers.

The other thing is that if i call for HDFC care center they not not even aware of food plus card if i ask about it they are saying about the HDFC credit card.

My RS:- 3900 is been blocked in that lost HDFC Card can you provide the solution for this problem.

Food Card Not working
Hi,

I received a new food card (with chip) ending with 2736. I'm not able to use new card along with the PIN. Not sure what is the issue. Does it require activation. Would the current balance transferred to new one. There's no customer care number as well to resolve this. Very bad service. Please arrange call back.

While my old card (swipe one) ending with 4711 works only occasionally.
