This is not the first time i have heard o[censored]njust treatment of employees in CTS by its top management. But they they all have to have the skin of the rhino to carry on as nothing is ever wrong with their strategy

Now these things are old, Something new in picture now a days. If you go for interview by your own in Cognizent, eventhough you cleared technical rounds, HR team will not arranged your hr round and luckily if you have their no.s either they will keep you on hold by saying still we dont have requirement or they will say they dont have your data, its missing or something, please try next time. Where as if you go with some consultancy they will make sure you get an offer letter and you joined. Even counsultancys gurantee if you give interview by putting our label in resume you will clear interview.
Definetely these HR pannels getting some lucrative offers from these consultancies. If cognizent management dont believe they can check their data and compare how many are coming via consultancy refferals and how many by employee reffrels of by self applied.

I would like to share my experience as well..
I had applied for PF withdrawal while leaving cognizant. for procedure I confirmed almost all the HR people there and the procedure was, from PF portal I have to fill the form and click withdraw button but after 7 months when I inquired the status of PF, PF office told me no withdrawal request has been sent from cognizant. and while contacted cognizant they told me that I have not submitted any withdrawal request . luckily I had taken all the screen shots at that time which I sent them but still they are not acknowledging that I. lot of carelessness and irresponsible behavior. let me know If I can complain any for this harassment

Cogizant (UBS) is bad in handling employees concenrs, specially OTC Margin team is very poor and arrogant on this.
I totally agree. A bunch of are hired in HR and work in Cognizant to terminate employees ordered by the management. These 'll do whatever if they want to terminate the employees, If your manager is a big , these will be happy to work for them and appease them...and the loyal employees who work hard more than 10h a day will be given the least importance and if the manager doesn't personally like you despite you work hard and be loyal, he'll use these to terminate you. A symbol of bad company with least ethics and lowest moral values...I wonder where does Cognizant get these and poor management...who don't understand what moral value mean. .

After going through this tremendous pressure when I resigned and complained about him to his manager and HR, instead of taking any action against him Senior Manager threatened me to withdraw my resignation.
Now when I was not ready to withdraaw my resignation and ready to serve my notice period they forcibly terminated my employee contract by releasing me in two days.

Wish I had read this before joining CTS... would have saved me an aweful lot of trouble. I resigned CTS within 4 days of joining and now they are asking me to pay 2 months salary and have termed it as Job Abandonment...
Being a cognizant employee, I know pretty well how the HR behaves with its employee. They even force you at their best to do according to their wish. So its really pathetic to deal with them.
I am shocked to know that I am not the only one to have had such a bad experience with Cognizant Technology Solutions. I had requested for a transfer to my hometown for nearly 5 months. On the same ground I had resigned and served 25 days of notice period. On 27 Oct 2015, I had a discussion with my manager that he will be shortly arranging my transfer based on the approval from client. Client? I wondered, whether I was their employee or that of the clients. Also that day I submitted my access card and Id to my team leader after informing my manager that I no longer with to continue with them. Even though I served 25 days of my notice period, they sent me Job abandonment mail and treated it as if I did not serve any notice period at all. It adversely affected my career as no company was willing to hire me after knowing about this incident and wanted a clear relieving letter. Instead of giving me a relieving letter, what they did was to harass me by sending a series of mails demanding 2 months of salary from me along with the loss of I-card and if I failed, they would initiate a legal proceeding against me. Am I a criminal if I wanted to be with my family members and take care of my ageing father? Was it my fault if they could not convince their client for a transfer? Why should I pay for their faulty management. Very bad company and the worst experience of my life. I hate CTS.

I have 8 years of experience. HR suddenly called me last week and asked me to resign. he called me to differenct cts location every day to put pressure on me otherwise they threatened me to terminate. they didn't give 2 months notice period as per the company policy.
I am PAT in CTS daily two of my batch mates passing comments on me I'm really depressed Im thinking to give complaints on them can anyone tell me to whom we have to tell about this matter

Cognizant is the worst company that I have ever worked with. Please don't join Cognizant.
its only the people who make the difference, they are selfish and do only to their favorites.

I have worked for 4 Years 8 months in Cognizant Technology Solutions. September 25th 2015 was my last working day. I had to quit the organization because my manager was monitoring my mails and communicator chats. Each and every chat on oc was viewed by manager. At first i thought it was ok but later he started monitoring my phone as well. Each and every call and message, messages on whatsapp, viber, etc on my phone was viewed by that cheap guy. Gradually he got scared and asked others to access my phone. Gradually many managers got involved in this including the HR's. List kept on increasing i could here many people discussing about my personal life. I can think of only one reason why he did this was he was very possessive about me i guess and thought had claim on me and i still cant imagine why other people where discussing me, my personal life is as normal as anybody else's. Other people instead of confronting him joined him in this shameless act. I had no other go than quitting. Now i am still not sure whether they are still continuing to monitor my phone. I am unable to use my own phone and this is very frustrating. Spying is an illegal act atleast now they should stop as i have quit the company. I have already changed my number 2 - 3 times. Can somebody please help me. ?
I have a bad experience with HR and GWFM. I asked release from current project and got released. Now the GWFM guy and HR is trying to push me to one Critical project. I have mentioned my constraints to HR and GWFM about joining that critical project. Yet they dont understand. HR is threatening me to join. I feel like im being pushed and i have no option. Please Can anyone suggest me how to handle this situation properly..?
On bench since last few weeks. No calls from projects. HR is asking to go and look on your own. Are you kidding. Is it my responsibility to look for projects or yours.
