Its True. But no Media is publishing this kind of passport office activity. . I dont know why! Most of the unimportant news are published in the news paper but there is no information about this kind of problem in passport office... like, updation, how, where, when to apply, etc., Getting Passport is not easy job, because many of them don't know how to operate the computer itself, if they know also they don't get appointment at time. As this is happening, How can an illiterate person can get the passport easily.
