[Resolved]  Compaq- CQ1-1030IN — Not Working- Screen Blank

I have purchased one all in one compaq CQ 1 - 1030 IN computer holding system no. BK 34011-ACJ, serila no. 3CR0230NLG, software build no. A1APv3PrA3. operating system : Windows 7 on 24/05/2011 within warranty period of one year from dealer at Kolkata name M/s. Great Eastern Technocity, 15B, Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata - 20 vide bill no. TCFCH : 2446, dt. 24/05/2011. From the beginning I found some problem with the set, accordingly I lodged telephonic complain on 18/08/2011, complain ID CA1120406, dt. 18/08/2011, but no response from their end. I was using the computer with the problem, but all off a sudden yesterday i.e. from 11/03/2011 the computer is not working. After switching on the computer, it gets on but the screen shows blank with a white light and having no response. I tried 2 to 3 times, but same thing happen.

As I have purchased the product with my hard money and could effort for another one, I request yourgoodself to look into the matter, as my wish to the company is to replace the model with desktop or laptop, and if not possible lifetime warranty facility should be given, so that any problem could be solve immediately and their responsibility. Please see that it is replace or repaired.

Compaq — Screen White

I gave my Laptop Compaq621 which is under warranty for changing the screen. This lap top is only 4months old. When I gave this for the service only the screen was white, but after the repair and when they gave for checking, some keys are not working and HP service center persons are telling that it was the complaint earlier and you didn't tell us. When the computer is in warranty period and if I am telling to change the screen why can't I tell that the keyboard is also not working as all comes under warranty. My service bill number is JUL003. The service engineer is telling that they can get the spare parts once from HP for one computer. When the fault is from the service center why the customer is being punished. For the last one week I am sitting at home without doing my work because of not having the Lap top. So I hope you will look into this matter seriously.
