Compaq Presario Desktop — Non-receipt of UPS.

Sir,
I had purchased the Compaq Presario Desktop having model no. SG3530IL and sr. no. INA84101L8 ON Dec'08. As per HP pavilion Promo offer, I had sent the cheque of amount Rs. 999/- for dual offer of All-in-one printer and 600VA UPS. However vide your refference no. 52116, I have received only the above printer. On contacting thrice in eairlier over phone to HP redemption cell, it was only assured and commited that same to be despatched within two weeks in every time. But till Icould not received the same.
So it is requested to kindly keep your commitment and make the arrangement for eairly despatch of the UPS. Feedback may please be sent by return mail.

Once I got a call from you enquiring whether i have received the consignment or not. But I want tell you that I have not received it so far . Please do the needfull immediately

I have purchase Compaq Desktop Coputer on 29/01/2009 on promotional condition but till I have yet not received any offer materials ( One UPS of 600VA of HP & One DeskJet Printer of HP) from them. In this matter I have told erlier to the aforesaid authority but they have no interested in this matter thaey always tell me that it will be send to my address as early as possible but all of vain.

So, therefore, I am request to you please do the needful at the earliest with an intimation to me.
