In the month of January 2012, I purchased a new PC from Lexicon computers.But unfortunately it is not working from the same day. When i asked the owner his response towards complaint is very poor. He told us that he will check the PC. From that day onwards we are doing follow up, all the time fake stories .After our 20 to 25 visits he given On 12th march 2012 he returned PC and installed old parts in the CPU ( only new frame and kept 2 or 3 new parts) .
I kindly request you to take action on him as early as possible because like me, i don't want any one else to suffer. i want justice. Was this information helpful? |
