Every body This letter is just to bring to every bodys attention that Just dial is a fraud company is cheating lots of Common Small Businessman
I had taken a small package from Just dial after their forced sales staff compeled me to take their product by promising me more business.
Once i took their offer i used to receive sms from just dial but when i called the customers who wanted to buy Air tickets they always told me that they have already purchased the ticket and when i compalinted this to their manager Mr Khan he dint gave me a good response and siad that at the time of taking this package i was informed the following things.
1] First sms is first send to Platinum position holders.
2] After 60 seconds the 2nd sms goes to Diamond position holders.
3] After again 60 seconds the sms is sent to premium positions.
4] They send such sms to 7 different companys and the last one gets after 7 munites.
That means the people who are registered in small packages and given no chance as till the time he call the customer the deal is already done.
THIS IF FRAUD THE SALES STAFF ARE NOT INFORMING ORDINARY CUSTOMERS ABOUT THIS MSG SYSTEM WHICH IS SENT AFTER 60 SECONDS DELAY.....
I have other people who has similar complaints about just dial services they just wants to increase their sales and giving false promises to small business man.
They are Fraud and their service is Crap as they will never refund your amount if you are not satisfied with their services.
I feel that if they are cheating in such a way people should be aware about this and never take their product as they never promise how much call they will give you.
I THINK JUST DIAL SHOULD BE CLOSED AND A POLICE INQUIRY SHOULD BE ORDERED AGAINST THEM.

computer — Higher Interest Rate Charged
Dear Team,My Name is Rajan. During last year end, I had purchased Computer worth Rs 19000 and availed EMI option from Sriram Chits. I paid 4 months EMI i.e. Rs.5200 as Downpayment. The rest of Rs. 13800 is converted into 14 months EMI. On checking total EMI Paid, it comes to 14*1300 = 18200. The total interest Paid was Rs. 4400 which comes to 27.33% Yearly Interest rate. I think this interest rate is not as per financial Institution norms. It was my mistake for not reading the documents at the earlier state. However, can you prove the interest rate charged by you is as per the Financial Instituation Norms. My Loan account number is ***[protected]dont have the complete account number).
If not, I will inform all my known person not to take any loan from Sriram Chits Funds..
