i am using telephone with Connect broadband connection of connect No. is [protected].Many times they charged extra on my bill.last time the company also charged extra on my bill is Rs.1348 as on April15.and after that the company collection agency call me about their payment of bill.and i was discuss with them about their extra charged and they were agreed to waiver me,and ask me to deposited the balance amount is Rs.1200 .As per company and mine telephonic discussion, i was paid my balance amount on 27April2012.
But on next bill,they have not deducted that money and also block my phone and my broadband system for few days and charged late fine. Bill on that date is Rs.2008 as on May15.They have all done without notify me as per my records.But after a few days, a company should continue my phone and broadband services without inform me.
but on next bill,company should adjusted my amount of Rs.1200 but they should not agreed to waiver me on extra charged as they agreed on telephonic discussion.and charged me late fine fee and cannot waiver me on that days which they stop my services.and the update bill send by my company is Rs.1416.And my monthly rent is just Rs.497 plus service tax.
i complaint many times but they cannot guide me.Evenly the advocate of that company call me on my landline no. and personal no. about case of bill pending and threat me and my family about asking for sending a notice on your home address.
These companies should send the bill with extra charged to all customers and many of the customers should paid without knowing.
Kindly take some action against them quickly because due date of my bill is after 4-5 days.I want compensation for wasting of my time and money and these discontinue services.
