I am paying Rs.2500 per month to connect..For the last one week,the speed drops from 2mbps to below 1..Yesterday I tried to lodge complaint but the connect computer replied Temporary fault in internet..Today i.e.on Aug4,2013 I called the customer care Executive twice to sort out the problem but they asked me to call in night when the speed drops..At around 11.25 PM I called Customer Care from my cell [protected] and someone Mr.NAVNEET picked my call..I again asked him about my problem and requested him to give me the complaint No. after registering my complaint..But he refused to lodge my complaint and When I repeatedly advised him to lodge my complaint he started using filthy language and misbehaved in a fit of anger..When I asked his name,he disclosed his identity as someone Navneet and after uttering an abusive tone ,he disconnected the line.
It is requested that this is a deficiency in service on the one end and Also a criminal offence on the other end..It is requested that the call record from my cell no.[protected] made to Connect Care be checked and punish the guilty staff with intimation to me
