I was using connect broadband no. {[protected]) and connection is on my fathers name Mr Satish Kumar since 2010 and it was all going well but in between july and august 2012 they sent me wrong bill statements as i was using 777 plan and they sent me that i was using 899 plan , even before this bill , i was facing many problems regarding their network problems and i registered about 10 times in a week about that complaints , was never solved , the employee themselves were suppose to close the complaint by calling themselves. and after that i did n"t use internet for a month . and
And now they are calling me after 4 months , and threatening me that my case is filed and i will be punished will have to pay 7000 penalty and 3000 of bill from person whose no is { [protected]}.. .and.he is threatening me calling daily from 19-11-12 also i am feared and not able to concentrate on my studies.
I am +2 student and my father is unemployed , please kindly listen my humble request to you.
