I had played thousands of contests on c2w.com to earn 25000 prize points, I redeemed Iball keyboard through these prize points on 16 august 2011, but till now I have not received my prize.I have sent them many e-mails but no reply.I have also attached the picture of my transactions on c2w.com to prove I had redeemed I ball keyboard.
