I travelled in TNSTC bus from chennai to KARAKKAL, it was a TNSTC ultra deluxe bus A/C, i travelled in the night dated 16/02/2010 at time near 10:30 pm Bus No: TN01,N5941, it was the the most terrible journey in my life, it started itching omitting tendency, they switched off the A/C just after 30 mins of traveling . after some time we asked the conductor to switch ON the A/c , they did .again switched OFF A/C with out information ., we felt inside of bus very Heat and Breathing problem. I am stand to bus platform and i requested to conductor , just come inside of bus… and see the situation 10 mits .....but conductor shouted and using bad words with local languages
Why I have to pay the money for A/c …………………????????????????
I am understood A /c put on or off some benefit for conductor …????!!!!! With out I will go the consumer court
