I,SUNIL KUMAR VARMANI HOLDER OF A/C NO.CMTRU 030078 HAS LOST MY ATM DEBIT CARD ON 29.03.2012 THURSDAY

Hello Sir,

I have lost my ATM card today ( 23 April 2012) at 9:30 pm.
I have tried lots of time on Corporation bank's custom care to block the Card but no response.

Please block my all the transection by ATM

i have saving account in corporation bank rajarajeshwari Nagar Branch. my account number is [protected] .i give my account Number to one of my knowing person but as per my knowledge my account balance is not shared by with any one. but one of my knowing person is deposit some money in my account from ABB-DEP Madikeri but now he know my account balance updates .how it is possible .

i am requesting to bank manger please dont give any details of my account to any one !!!

Today, the 12th July, at about 1 Pm, my ATM card is stolen by some miscreants. please block it immediately.

My ATM card is expired by 11/2012.I've reminded the bank many a times .they replied it will be sent to ur address .but nothing till to date .im a doctor now wasting time to withdraw money .i feel sorry to my patients for none of my mistake .jai hind
