Dear Sir,
This Mail may be treated as my final correspondence with your organisation. fFurther i shall seek redressal from a competent authority.My complaint is as follows.
1.complaint through coupon number;[protected] dated 20 jun 2008 remains unattended, my repeated letters remain un answered. your vendor who sld this service with p sa code no 3kna107 has turned deaf since he has no source of income from me.
2. After having realised my mistake not your deficiency in service, I registered another complaint vide coupn number 025814409311164189703881754 for pan ALWPK3739P on !st july 2008 and again without any response. Repeated phone calls to your office at bombay resutled in huge phone bills but zero result.
3.On 7th september 2009, i have received a refund for rs.1120 vide cheque 958381, sbi main br, hubli dated 159 in the name of rani malhar kulkarni.This apperently proves my grouse.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest as my patience is running out.

Pan card — print mistake in father's name & DOB

there are printing mistake in PANcard. my PAN no. is <AENPL7589Q>. My father' name is "GHEWAR CHAND" But it is mistakely printed "GHEVRA CHAND". My date of birth is 15.01.1981 but it is misprinted as 01.01.1980

correction of Father's name — correction of father's name

i'm having a passport which was expired on 19october so i went for it's renewal and found that there is mistake in the name of my father which i immediately want to correct.

Sir,

My name is Gourav Anthony Das, this is in reference with the mistake that had been made from the side of govt. official (NSDL). I live in Delhi, Father's Name is Gopal Chand Das, My DOB is 11.12.1990 but somehow in my PAN CARD its showing 05.04.1988 due to the mistake which has been done from the above said, which is unacceptable by me. The PAN is ARSPD2654A.

I can send you my passport copy/mcd birth certificate/matriculation certificate and a copy of electricity invoice also for id & residence proof.
