CP 3505 — Cartridge replacement problem

We purchase HP Tonner Q7581 A from your authorised dealer at West Delhi ( Comnet Vision) vide Retail Invoice Number - JP/R/10/1791 Dated 05/01/2011. We came to know after use of it that is not exact Cyan Colour, which you mention in your Tonner Box, when we go to your authorised dealer he refuse to replace the tonner and suggest the tonner service centre which at located in Okhla Industrial Area.We appoint one person to go for replace the tonner with co's letter head & Original Invoice, the person who attended the problem at your Okhla service Centre was not know how to deal with customer, he did not use a respectable language after that he is not ready to listen me and give me a challange that i can make a complaint against him he does not bothered for any result.

HP is a very reputed Company if your appointed person behave like this so what goodwill is left in the market. The fellow's name is Mr. Pankaj , B-81 Phase - II,Okhla Indl Area.

Your authorised delaer is not ready to give us any back support after selling the product they have to mention in advance if any problem come then they bear with us and give us a full back support .

Please let me know what we do in this concern .
