Creative 24 — poor quality work

I contracted with CreativeB24 to create a database program for me. They completed the task with many bugs a few months after the expected completion date.Subsequently after using their product we discovered more bugs and required some upgrades.The company then embarked on a program of ignoring my emails and live internet messenger texts.We then offered to pay them more money to fix the program which should have done in the first place , however they still ignore all attempts by me to contact them.This letter should serve as a warning to any company that provides them a contract for software.Once the product is developedthey will run and you will left with something tat cannot be modified.When I first awarded the contract their saleman wrote to me so much that I thought they were fantastic as the saleman even sent me messages on a Sunday.Once they were given the job then they took their own time to respond to messages.This is the type of Rogue company that is only interested in exploiting others for a quick profit.They are a disgrace to Indian software developers which is the pride of the world.
