i listen some news its fraud company etc etc this company sends QC is fake send every time rework
and minimum payment only like every time send QC below 95% or 90% for MIMS
95% is minimum payment like 7, 500
below 90% REWORK

I am ThiruMurugan from Tamilnadu, Crystal BPO solutions erode is big fruad company, they will cheat peoples by showing low QC which was perpared by them, if we ask they will say what ever clients sent we had sent the report, which is obsolutly wrong, i have all the proof, i came know thier real face on month of july & i had cancelled the project with them, guys if any takes the project with them, kindly my request is take the QC checking tool with them, because it is very much available with them, because their project is owned by them only database will provide their client,

Guys again & again i am saying kindly take QC tool from them, if not he will make every one fool...by cheating on providing low QC, they are 1 fraud in tamilnadu,

Alll the new & existing users from Crytal bpo requesting to force them for QC tooll, as per my knowledge he is having more than 250 users, he will do multinational fraud for all of them .so becareful

I have not yet taken any project from Crystal.During Swptember I had gone down to Tumkur and met Mr.Peter Pramodh and we talked a lot about the process and he was satisfied with the project. Now suddenly I am seeing complaints about Crystal. I am going for the signup so I would like an unbiased advice.

What Thirumurugan said is true. They are giving unacheivable QC target. If you sign in for one user, you will get 5000 records approx. Each record contains minimum 75 to 100 letters which includes numbers. You can make up to 15O mistakes for a user. Calculate number of characters for 5000 records. If your mistakes goes beyond 150, you have to rework and won't get the payment.

Is it achievable?

Moreover they wont give any QC Tool to check the errors. There is no Prev or Next in the Edit option. If you want to reach 100 th record, you have to click Next for 10 times. If you want to move to 2500th record, calculate yourself how many times you have to click. UI is not user friendly.

Try these support numbers[protected] / 55 /57 /88 /99. These numbers are out of order for more than a month. At present they have only one mobile number (cost cutting?). No one picks it in the first attempt. You have to spend at least half a day to speak to some one.

Even if you are not beliving these pay and experience it. I have experienced it but the price I have paid is more.

Explain the following

1) why you are not giving QC tools to end users?
2) When you are giving TAT to end users, it is 20 days irrespective of holidays and why not the same for QC? For you it is 10 working days and for us it is 20 days?
3) Explain why support numbers are not working for nearly a month. Your service provider is Airtel. They generally don't take more than 72 hrs if you are shifting phone lines.
4) In which hospital, doctor, patient ratio is 1:1? For 50, 000 patient name, I got 50, 000 doctors unique name. No repetion of doctor name. I want to visit that hospital.
5) Why there is no search option provided in the User Interface? If I want to check 2500th record, you tell me what is the short cut?

I have more questions. Please explain these 5. I will come back with others.
Flickr photos are nice. You haven't mentioned for how many users you released the payment. Payment is pathetic (1250, 2000, 3750 etc. with one or 2 exceptions. may be that is your sister company)

we don't have any QC tool because this is online process. some offline process only client will be provide QC tool. our client agreement tells other software tool usage is prohibited.

if you work with us means definitely you know that is there any technical issues in our side we extend TAT to end users also with our client permission.

we plan to stop telephonic support, we will provide support through Live chat and Ticketing System.

we don't know that because we supply data which we receive from our client. if you need any more details please come to my office i will show all the proofs.

our client provide show record and edit record option only. already we sent request to my client if it is possible they will accept it.
I WANT CRYSTAL BPO SOLUTION TO EXPLAIN ALL THIS

What can I say about white collar cheats like CRYSTAL BPO SOLUTION”S?
1. Do not take any projects form them Ex: MIMS Online or XML……
2. There data base is available on the internet – Google DOC
3. Never got Payment.
4. Contacting them is a very big problem.
5. If we email them they will only reply after 4 to 5 days.
6. The link in which we have to enter doesn’t work
7. QC report is all fake.
8. Employees nature towards you will change with time.
They say all the entry links (http://media-mims-XXX.info) and data (pdf) is provide by the US Client, just Google the link details and check for website registration details of the link you will be surprised to know that it is register in India and in the name of Crystal BPO Solutions. The data base is available on the internet.
I was running 1 slot Mims online project from last 8 months did not receive a single rupee form them. QC report is generated by Crystal BPO itself. When we confronted them they say this was given by the US Client. The QC report does not even makes sense we did work and QC report is for some other work.

BEWARE FRIENDS QC REPORT IS GENERATED BY CRYSTAL BPO

About their office:

The office address given on their website is fake there are only 2-3 employees in the office. The photographs on the website are all fake. It is not at all like it. When we said we wanted to come to their office they say you are most welcome. When we went Mr. Prasath was on a long holiday and Mr. Rajsekara Bharathi did not come to office as he not keeping well. We meet Mr Prathap but he was of no use he said I am the network admin personal so please don’t ask me. He gave Mr. Ramesh’s (General Manager – not in the office) mobile number he was out of station.

NOW PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS

Let me tell you about the reference Crystal gave us:

Mr Peter Pramodth (mobile number: [protected]) I spoke to him and he said I am getting regular payments on time and after very long time of struggle in this industry he was happy to work for Crystal BPO. He said I have all the proofs and visit my office at TUMKUR. He told me he started with 10 seats and within three months he reached 30 seated and was planning to go up to 50 seats as soon as possible.
After two months and not able to receive any payment I decided to go to TUMKUR to meet him and see his office and all proof but he started avoiding my call. When I told him to give his office address he said I will sms and latter on never picked up my phone calls. Someone when to his office and said he has no one working for him and he was not in the office. I guess it is not his office also.

DON’T TRUST ANY PERSON’S REFERENCE

Now let me tell you about the employees:

There are almost 5 to 6 employees working for Crystal BPO I guess, Let me name all of them whom I have come in contact during my time with their email ID’s. All of them are big lairs and they have no issues in even blaming there bosses:
1. Rajsekara Bharathi – Director (Cannot contact him)

2. Kamal – Sales Division (he is only interested in selling the projects and not interested in customer satisfaction)

3. Prasath – Billing Manager (Considered him as the only genuine person in the office but it was only for the first 10 days then he became a much bigger crook. Employees like him should be sent to jail along with the director)

4. Anitha V – She lifts the phones but can’t speak English and talks in Tamil only, so no use of here.

5. Ramesh - General Manager (Doesn’t even knows what projects are handled by Crystal BPO Solutions)

Please read all the reviews on the internet Ex: Just search for “crystal bpo solutions erode complaints” in www.google.co.in you will come to know what I am talking about.

If you don’t want to believe us I can understands but at least ask for references and go to their office and check their QC Reports, Agreement, Payment details and Bank statements in which the payment of previous work is done. Do this exercise for 2-3 centers. I know you will have to spend some money and time on travelling but in the long run you will see what I am talking about. These steps will help you to take the right step forward.

For spark solution the payment is of Rs: 10, 000 and it says ‘your accuracy percentage is below 90%’If the accuracy is below 90% it is rework you don’t get paid for it. Hence you can judge it for yourself.

The online receipt shown is for Rs 1500/- only, let me tell you it is for I slot payment. Who will have 10 seats working and getting payment of 1500/- only? If anyone is interested in running an mims process you can see for yourself by reading the agreement copy which crystal send’s you.

The deposit slips and pay-in-slips are of no use because they are transferred make into different people’s account they may be their employees or for any other work. In all the accuracy receipts there in no mention of MIMS project details. All the accuracy reports are for HTML TAGGING process. Which we feel is also not genuine.

My sincere request is not to take any project from them because cheats like K. M. Rajasekara Bharathi are very bad influence on the industry. I request everyone who has suffered (and have proof to validate there suffering like we do) under their hands to go to your nearest police station and file a FIR against them for cheating so many people and also put a case in the cyber court department. I request you to file a complaint and put up copy of FIR and other case related documents so that when the case comes up we will include all of the FIR in it. This is a pan India cheating case so our results will be quick. I have photographs of Rajasekara Bharathi and I guess Prasath please try to take other people photos for filing criminal case against them.

1) Without any QC tool assistance how can you expect more than 90% accuracy. In the agreement it is mentioned that you will give Rs 5/- record but why you are not releasing payment for the records which are not having a single error.

2) I agree that you extend TAT when there is an issue. But my question is not that. Why can't you give the QC report in 10 days instead of 10 working days?

3) Did you mention that in the contract? During sign up you have given those numbers as support numbers. Did you inform everyone that you are removing telephone support. It raises suspicious against you. I suspect you are running away.

4) Don't put blame on the client. My question is "Is the data you are giving is genuine?"

5) You should have given prev and next option in the edit menu. When we asked you have refused to do it. I suspect you intentionally doing this to give rework to end users and submit the same record which we have typed to the client and claim the money. You fill your pocket by emptying our pocket.
Crystal BPO reply to your reply.

1) Don't put blame on client. The links which you are giving to end users are registered in your name. Not with client's name. When you are not giving any QC tool how can you expect to provide 100% accuracy data. Moreover in the agreement, it is mentioned that we will receive Rs 5/- per record. But did you release payment for the records which are not having a single error?

2) You are extending TAT if you have any issues. I agree. But my question is why you are giving QC report in 10 working days instead of 10 days?

3) Did you mention the same in the contract or Did you inform everyone. It is your wish you will remove the phone numbers whenever you want without any notice. This raises suspicious. It is first step to runaway

4) My question is " Is the data you are giving is Geniune?"

5) Don't put blame on client. You haven't given prev and next option in Edit. You have refused to do so, when we asked for. Why? You are submitting the same record which we have typed (after edit) to client and get money. We are given rework as reward for working for you month after month.


You fill your pocket by emptying our pocket.
This is a fraud company, They will take security deposit, they won't give for single person, minimum 5 we have to take.

The software is not userfriendly, there will be always interuption in the website, you cannot have any backup file.

once tat finishes you cannot open the software. Qc done will be done from their end and send some report, but we don't have any back up file to compare with the report.

for some persons who are eligible for cheques, they got the cheque and the cheque was bounced.
I am filling a police complaint along with a criminal case under cyber court division for cheating, forgery and providing fake data.

Do not trust this ... they just cheat poor people.. get their work done without paying anything.. i am sure that the Management of company will die like a pig.. they take blood out of poor people and cheat them ..
