[Resolved]  Customer Care — Poor customer support

Dear sir

Subject : Customer care is what ??? Poor customer support


I would like to bring to your notice the level to which your customer support no.121 has fallen. Pathetic would be the correct word to describe the current Airtel Customer Care.
It has happened with me i personally requested in your customer care center on 30/05/08 at 02:33 hrs with your executive Mr. Punit kr. reference complaint or customer no.16907971 around 23 minutes talk and put a request to check the problem for airtel no.[protected] which was not given on time so we did not received it, but we got the bill for same number.
As your customer care promise us they will disconnect it and no more bills will produced for the same, but next month again same bill sent to us and another call made by us to your customer care on 17/06/08 at 14:15hrs with your another executive Mr Rajesh kr. Reference no.[protected] around 18 minutes talk again same words used by your executive but nothing done.
Now today again same bill produced to us by your airtel and after 39 minutes talk by Mr. Pawan kr. With reference no. 17621107 he has again promise your airtel will do on it.
I hope this time your response will be positive.
If you need recording for our all conversation I can provide you for the same I hope you may not need it because airtel customer care must be having it in your own system.
