Their sms server is pathetic.Even the Indian postal service is faster than them.
What they show in their performance is completely untrue as their entry level is never available when the text reaches you. but they happily announce big profots earned by their recommendations.They inflate their +ve calls and minimise their loss making calls.
According to them if their staff gives the client some commitment it is none of their concern as they say we are not responsible for what our employee commits to you.
